Woot woot y’all!
What a wild ride these past 12 months have been. It was right around this time last year when Charlie and I got reintroduced, and it kicked off a deeply transformational yet grueling experience.
It just so happens I had already planned to take the month of April to deepen my EFT skills and attend a couple of wellness retreats I’d scheduled well before this last trip back to North Carolina. So I am stoked and more than ready to take off for a few weeks and pour into myself—emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally—all of it.
I took off from CA early Monday morning and its been a beautiful drive through the Southwest so far. Arizona and New Mexico were gorgeous and the smell of the rain in the desert is intoxicating for real. New Mexico tonight, Marfa tomorrow.
